This is one of our favorite summer dip or really any time of the year! We bring this to almost all of the different potlucks and it’s always a crowd pleaser! The best part is how easy it is to make!

Ingredients

  • 8oz Packages Cream Cheese

  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract

  • 1 Cup Brown Sugar

  • 1/2 Heath Bits (Can be the heath Bits with Chocolate)

  • Sprinkle of Heath Bit for the top

  • 10 Apples

  • Lemon Juice

Directions

  • Take out cream cheese AT LEAST 2-3 hours before to soften or if you’re in a hurry and forgot to take them out… I know I’m not the only one that has forgotten to soften them before! 🙋Use a microwave safe bowl and microwave the cream cheese for 15 sec increments until. Just be careful to not microwave for too long and over cook the cream cheese.
  • Cream the cream cheese until smooth with a hand mixer, kitchenaid or any tool you have, even your hands 😁 (I mix this dip into the bowl I want to serve it in, so I don’t have to wash more dishes!!!)
  • Now add the brown sugar, vanilla and heath bits and mix until fully combined.
  • Sprinkle a little more of the heath bits on top to make it look pretty!
  • Cut up the apples and splash and mix until coated with a little lemon juice, so they won’t yellow as quickly and Voila you’re done!! So easy and yummy!
