4 Chicken Breast
1 8oz Cream Cheese
1 Cup Buffalo Franks Hot Sauce
1 Cup Bleu Cheese Dressing
3 Cups Shredded Cheese
Directions
- Preheat oven to 400°
- Boil chicken breast until cooked through. (Approximately 10-15 minutes.)
- Once cooked, take off heat, let cool if shredding by hand or add chicken breasts to a Kitchenaide with the paddle attachment, mix just until the chicken starts to break apart.
- Then add the cream cheese, buffalo sauce and bleu cheese dressing and mix until combined and chicken is shredded. (Make sure to not overmix, the Kitchenaide will make the chicken into paste if overmixed.)
- Now add 2 cups of shredded cheese and mix again, just until combined.
- Put chicken dip into a 13×9 glass pan and spread evenly.
- Sprinkle the additional 1 Cup of shredded cheese on top and light mix into the dip.
- Put in oven until cheese is melted about 10-15 minutes or if you want it more crispy 20-30 minutes. (I like to let the cheese get crispy and bubbly.)
- Take out and let cool until it can be eaten. Dish up or dip straight out of the pan, I won’t stop you! 😉
- Eat with tortilla chips and ENJOY!
Notes
- Enjoy as an appetizer or as a meal!
